All Tasmanians have a part to play in helping our children to reach their potential. By becoming a B4 Member, Supporter or Friend you are joining a movement to build a strong future for Tasmania by helping our children to get the best start in life.

You will be working together with families and communities in supporting, nurturing and caring for our children through their early years, no matter their background or circumstances.

How do I become a B4 Member, Supporter or Friend?


To become a Member, you must be an individual or organisation located in Tasmania, taking action against one or more of the B4 goals to improve outcomes for early years children and their families.

To become a B4 Member simply complete this new improved online Members Application form.


To become a Supporter, you must be an individual or organisation located in or outside of Tasmania, committed to supporting B4 and improving outcomes for early years children and their families.

B4 Friends are leading individuals or organisations in the early years space, and must be invited to join by B4.

B4 Leader EOI


B4 is seeking, passionate, skilled individuals or Organisational representatives not necessarily from the early years sector to work with B4 to meet both its current commitments and those identified with the ‘It takes a Tasmanian Village’ – Child and Youth Wellbeing Strategy (the Strategy) in regard to The First 1000 Days. B4 is seeking Leaders who will drive this work forward and support all Tasmanian children receive the support when and where they need it to thrive.
